What Purpose Are Personal Data Used For?

If you send us a contact email, we use your name and email address and/or phone number to contact you.

If you apply to us, we use your name and email address and/or phone number to contact you. If this does not lead to an internship or job with us, we will remove your data after 2 years.

We use your name and email address to keep you informed of our news through a digital newsletter. We only do this if you have given us permission.

Your name, email address, website, phone number, Skype address, and your business details are used to make a quote. To make this possible, we put this data in our administration system. This data is kept in our system for up to 5 years after our last contact.

Retention Period

When you are a customer, the invoices with your data are treated with a retention period according to the legal obligations.

Data Breach Reporting Obligation

We are aware of this reporting obligation. If personal data is missing or lost, we report this to the Dutch Data Protection Authority. In case of a serious data breach or danger to the persons involved, we also inform the concerned persons directly.

Rights

You always have the right to withdraw your consent for the processing of your data, after which we will no longer process your data. The withdrawal of this consent does not affect the legality of our data processing based on your consent, which took place before this withdrawal.

You also have the right to access your personal data and the right to rectify your personal data. If you want to know which personal data we process from you, you can make a written request for access. If your data is incorrect, incomplete, or not relevant, you can make a written request to us to change or supplement your data.
