A website or application is not finished when it goes live. Craft CMS and plugins are regularly updated. Security vulnerabilities are closed. Functionalities change. Those who do not keep up with this are at risk.

We offer two forms of management and maintenance: a periodic maintenance contract for Craft CMS updates and a maintenance strip card for flexible deployment for adjustments, bug fixes and further development.

Periodic maintenance contract

Especially for Craft CMS websites and applications. We periodically check and perform updates to Craft CMS and its plugins. Billed annually, automatically renewed, easily terminable.

What it entails:

  • Periodic checking and execution of Craft CMS updates
  • Periodic monitoring and execution of plugin updates
  • Prior notification if an update might impact functionality or stability

What it does not include:

  • Monitoring, incident handling or response time guarantees
  • Support requests or functional changes
  • Work due to changes from third parties or other providers

This is deliberately not an SLA. We offer a reliable, periodic maintenance service without complicated guarantee structures.

Wij nemen het technisch beheer volledig uit handen. Periodiek voeren wij updates uit van Craft CMS en de bijbehorende plugins, controleren wij op beveiligingsrisico's en melden wij je als een update mogelijk impact heeft op jouw website.

Wat het inhoudt:

  • Periodieke controle en uitvoering van Craft CMS updates
  • Periodieke controle en uitvoering van plugin updates
  • Voorafgaande melding als een update mogelijk impact heeft op functionaliteit of stabiliteit
  • Na uitvoering een overzicht van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden

Wat het niet inhoudt:

  • Monitoring, incidentafhandeling of responstijdgaranties
  • Supportverzoeken of functionele wijzigingen
  • Werkzaamheden door wijzigingen van derden of andere providers

Dit is bewust geen SLA. Wij bieden een betrouwbare, periodieke onderhoudsdienst zonder ingewikkelde garantiestructuren. Jaarlijks gefactureerd, automatisch verlengd, eenvoudig opzegbaar met één maand opzegtermijn voor het einde van het kalenderjaar.

Maintenance strip card

For flexible deployment for anything outside periodic maintenance. Updates, bug fixes, minor adjustments, performance optimisations, new functionalities, security audits. You decide when and for what you deploy the hours.

Available packages, excluding VAT:

  • 12 hours: €1,200
  • 24 hours: €2,340
  • 48 hours: €4,560
  • 72 hours: €6,660
  • 96 hours: €8,640

Strippenkaart benefits:

  • Reduced rate compared to our standard hourly rate of €110
  • Hours are debited in blocks of 15 minutes
  • Valid for 2 years after agreement
  • Clients with a strippenkaart receive priority treatment
  • Additional hours above the balance are charged at €110 per hour

Inzicht via ons klantportaal

Als klant met een onderhoudsstrippenkaart krijg je toegang tot ons beveiligde klantportaal. Hierin zie je op elk moment hoeveel uren je nog beschikbaar hebt en welke werkzaamheden wij voor je hebben uitgevoerd.

Per uitgevoerde wijziging tonen wij:

  • De datum van uitvoering
  • Een duidelijke omschrijving van de aanpassing
  • De tijd die we eraan hebben besteed

Dit zorgt voor maximale transparantie. Geen verrassingen, altijd grip op jouw website en jouw onderhoudskosten.

Wat valt er onder periodiek onderhoud?

Wij voeren onder andere de volgende werkzaamheden uit:

  • Updates van Craft CMS en gebruikte plugins
  • Beveiligingsupdates en controle op kwetsbaarheden
  • Compatibiliteit met nieuwe browsers en apparaten
  • Optimalisaties voor snelheid en performance
  • Koppelingen met externe systemen testen en onderhouden

Who is it interesting for?

The periodic maintenance contract is interesting for any organisation with a Craft CMS website that wants to stay secure and up-to-date without having to think about it themselves.

The strippenkaart is interesting for organisations that regularly need minor adjustments or further development and want a regular partner with priority treatment for this.

The maintenance contract only covers periodic technical updates to Craft CMS and plugins. The strippenkaart is for all other work: adjustments, bug fixes, new functionalities and further development. Many customers combine both.

No, deliberately not. We offer periodic technical maintenance without complicated guarantee structures around response times or availability. We do what is technically necessary and communicate proactively if an update may have an impact on your website.

Hours are valid for 2 years after agreement to the offer. Unused hours beyond the validity period expire and will not be refunded or transferred.

Yes. We take over Craft CMS websites from other agencies. We always start with a technical audit so that we know the state of the website before we take over the management.

Additional hours are charged at our standard hourly rate of €110, unless you purchase a new strippenkaart immediately. We indicate this in good time before we take on additional hours.

Changes by third parties, adjustments to hosting or DNS, functionality extensions and support requests are not covered by the contract. For these activities, you can use the strippenkaart or request a separate quote.

Prices are exclusive of VAT and subject to indexation.
